1. **Returns**

All sales made through The Red Rose Shop are final. We only accept returns if the book you have received is damaged or if there was a mistake in the delivery process.

2. **Damaged Items**

If you have received a damaged book, please notify us immediately for assistance at [info@theredrose.shop] Please provide photographic evidence of the damage. The damaged item must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return.

3. **Delivery Mistakes**

In the event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [info@theredrose.shop] so we can correct our mistake. In such a case, we will cover any return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct item.

4. **Returns Process and Refunds**

To return an item, please email customer service at [info@theredrose.shop] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and the delivery company will take it from you and refund you the full amount.

5. **Exceptions**

The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have a proof of payment still on.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of intentional damages or misuse.
