We currently only ship products locally within the boundaries of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We do not offer international shipping at this moment from this shop but you can order from anywhere through this link .
2. **Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or holidays.
3. **Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to deliver your purchased items within 4 business days of the order being placed.
4. **Shipment Confirmation**
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
5. **Damages**
"The Red Rose Shop" is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at this email [info@theredrose.shop] to replace the book or file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
